You can return or exchange unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and innerwear are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer alterations for suits and trousers?
Basic alteration services are available at select physical G2000 retail stores. Please bring your online tax invoice as proof of purchase when visiting our stores for fitting.
