At G2000, we strive for the perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or G2000 retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
